I drew up this simple cheat sheet for a client of mine who is a vegan with hypothyroid, and she was asking what can she put in her shakes.
Shakes are just super duper easy to make, and we can add whatever we like, which gives us an extra outlet to let our creative juices flowing, figuratively speaking 🙂
I do this to START my day, or drink it up post-workout, or during mid-day — this help to keeps my cravings or hunger at bay. This also works for those without hypothyroid. And if you are living in Singapore, know that you can get all of these at our local supermarket.
