Over the past years in the fitness and wellness world, many women of all ages, are asking me these same old questions. Time and time again, I observe the same repeating patterns with them. Many of these women have grown tired seeking for solutions that work for them. They seemingly have given up finding what works for them too — Now THIS IS WHERE I COME IN.
My aim is to reveal all the truths that I have asked myself the same questions too — and to free you from any misleading or confusing information that prevent you from moving forward. You will be empowered with real knowledge and evidence-based skill sets to manage your own health and wellness for the rest of your life.
As a passionate, purpose-driven and creative science nerd, I am committed to learn from the best in the fields of nutrition, fitness and movement, mindset development from the Asian to the Western methodologies. I have dedicated much of my personal time to hone my craft to be more than just a personal trainer — I personally believe in getting to the root of any health issues so that the results are sustainable, and ultimately you do not subject yourself to fluctuations of weight and body image issues throughout your life.
It is my personal commitment to always tell the truth with what I know, no BS, no fluff, no airbrushed photos , no crazy filters, so what you get is always the real information and experience from me.
My purpose is to help women live their fullest potential through an Integrated Active Lifestyle, while maintaining our delicate female hormonal system in natural balance. I combine evidence-based scientific methods and age-old experiences to find what works best for you every step along the way.

and My Personal Story….
As a child, I have not been spared from body image and esteem issues, persistent poor respiratory , skin allergies and severe candida as I was the only girl among my male cousins and brother. I also was educated in a same-gender school for a decade, and was enrolled (not by choice) in Singapore’s now defunct Trim and Fit Club. It was later through seeking holistic help with Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in my teens and adolescence that my immunity improved tremendously and I found freedom and happiness in physical expression through dance, fitness and outdoor activities.
Unexpectedly, I was later diagnosed with Stage III Hodgkin’s Lymphoma – the first in the history of her family. This came as a surprise to me and my family as I had been living a healthy lifestyle of sound activity and nutrition habits. It was during this interjection that I acknowledged the tremendous emotional and mental stress I have put herself through with the perfectionism mindset in relationships, work and studies. I realizes then the power of the relationship between the mind and our physical body. This set me on personal quest towards understanding and living an holistic lifestyle.
In the years later, I have also competed briefly in 2011 in local SBBF Singapore Physique Sports Model where I acquired the knowledge and dedication towards precise planning of nutrition and training as well as a year-long dance mentorship program in 2012 where I learned the awareness of spatial movement though a mind-body connection.
Today, I am committed to bring you all the best information and practical wisdom that I have acquired over the last decade through my upcoming writing, courses and programs to get you back living an energetic life.
